Austin ISD Performing Arts Center


Designed by Pfluger Associates Architects / Miró Rivera Architects, Consulting Architects, the new Austin Performing Arts Center is located at the Mueller development east of downtown and will serve all Austin ISD schools. The 1200-seat performance hall will host both concert and theatrical performances, and a 250-seat black box theater and 100-seat multipurpose room are also included in the facility. The spacious lobby features an art display system, and amenities include a 400-car parking garage and landscaped plaza with three distinct gathering spaces designed for outdoor performances. The PAC has received a LEED Gold rating and Austin Green Building Program 2-star rating.
