Walter Webb Hall Renovation

Walter Webb Hall Renovation

Overview

WALTER WEBB HALL was an existing auxiliary building on campus that had historically housed displaced user groups. pfluger was tasked to analyze the building and formulate a plan to determine feasibility of permanently housing four separate departments (Graduate Admissions, Development, Public Affairs, and Visitor Center). Each tenant had uniquely complicated programmatic requirements around privacy, security and internal circulation. Additionally, each was housed in buildings designated for demolition. The tenants anticipated move created a compact design schedule. pfluger was able to maximize design efforts through creative use of BIM software and regular design charettes with all of the clients.
